Standard Delivery

Free delivery for orders £200 and over

£3.99 for orders under £200

Next Day Delivery

£6.99 delivery fee 

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day.

 

Tracked and insured delivery is used for all orders.

 

EU 

£12 for all orders (Standard Delivery)

 

Switzerland 

£15 for all orders (Standard Delivery)

 

US and Canada 

£30 for all orders (Standard Delivery)

 

Royal Mail international tracked and insured delivery is used for all orders.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges set by the destination country. Please note these are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.

 

Packaging

Each bag is carefully wrapped and packaged to protect the leather, hardware and structure during transit. Wherever possible, we use recycled packaging materials, Reloved vintage in reloved packaging!

 

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

We send all orders via tracked shipping. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe please get in touch and we can help resolve the issue with the courier.

We cannot issue refunds for parcels still in transit. In the rare event a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a resolution accordingly.
